This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one,
John Olar Jr. who was born in United States, state Pennsylvania on March 3, 1951 and passed away on October 30, 2003.
Mr. Olar worked in the Reproduction Dept. for Siemens Westinghouse. He moved to Orlando in 1992.
Mr. Olar was proceeded in death by his wife Audrey. Survivors include: Son: Jeffrey Olar and Brother Richard Olar/ Grandson Austin James Olar. And his many many friends of which I am one.
This Memorial site is Deciated to Westie. Who I knew and loved for many years. And this site is for the many many memories that are forever coming forth that i thought i would share with any of you that care to read it and i am sure you have a few of your own.
I met John in 1993, long before the big house on Scarbough Court, but when he lived in Mai Tai Trailer court on Goldenrod Road.
Too often we wait till someone dies before we express our thoughts, this was not the case with John , he was fully aware of who loved him in his lifetime.
John had a deep desire to be loved and excepted for who he was. He wasa very giving man but on the same hand if he got upset with you he would say 'talk too the hand" and I know as he told me that a few times, but we still remained close friends-lovers.
I remember the old chysler that we drove up too Daytona Beach in a driving rain and all the water coming in under the dash board, the road gradder incident , the many trips to Tampa and me getting car sick, the forever digging in his car, in that he would leave stuff laying about and i would clean for him, while he was driving, lol. The time he went to clean out a house he shared with someone else and in the dead of night him and i cleaned it out/ran across the lawn with a washing machine..lol. etc. etc. etc.
John so desperately had the need to be loved that he put himself in many positions and then got dumped on as he was so in that need for that "Special" someone, there were countless relationships and i went through most of them with him as his 'shoulder' to lean on.
So often we praise the person and in Johns case there is no exception although he was no angel @times, none of us are. But in the same sense he is with Angels now where he should be.
His love of flying, dancing, friends, P-House and so much more and many things about him that so many others never got to see are forever in my heart and thoughts.
When John got well off he was forever getting things for those he cared about this was after he gave away his trailer to soemone for 5.00 as he wanted them to have a home after he bought the big house. My home is filled with the memories of my life with John aka Westie.,bright, loving, full of the Devil before he got ill and guick to tell you
"Talk to the Hand".
One day he came over and liked the phone we had just bought and bought it off of us right off the wall, lol.
John: THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES AND FOR LOVING ME AS I DID YOU.
TO SAY YOU ARE MISSED IN MY LIFE IS A GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT.
YOU LEFT A BIG HOLE IN MY (OUR) LIVES,-HEARTS BUT BE ASSURED I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN. U ALWAYS SAID YOU WOULD SAVE ME A SEAT AND BE WATING FOR ME TO JOIN YOU....
